BARMOBILE TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY TIME:  BarMobile portable bars are built to order, manufactured from the highest quality materials to exacting standards.  As such, we require a 12 to 16 week manufacturing lead time. 

PAYMENT: BarMobile portable bars, including custom graphics and/or logos, ship 12 – 16 weeks from the date of  purchase. We appreciate your advance payment in full to accompany P.O or website order.

SALES TAX:  Orders shipped outside of Kansas locations are not subject to sales tax.  State use tax is normally required based on individual state law.

SHIPPING:  BarMobile, LLC will arrange shipping via protected cargo crating to the customer’s designating location.   A flat rate shipping and handling charge of $525 is added to qty 1 BarMobile shipments.  Multiple unit orders are separately quoted by BarMobile, LLC following specific quotes from the shipper.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATENT PROTECTION:  The intellectual property rights in all BarMobile proprietary product designs, including detailed specifications included on its website, remain the property of BarMobile, LLC, and are protected by patent and copyright laws around the world.  Customer agrees to honor these rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  Subject to applicable law, including with respect to liability for personal injury or non-waivable statutory rights, in no event shall BarMobile, LLC or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents be liable to the user with respect to the use of BarMobile products or their contents.
